Regulations on Maintenance of Injection Molding Machines

1. These Provisions refer to all series of Hang Seng injection moulding machines.

2. The whole machine is guaranteed for 18 months.

3. The key parts and components of the whole machine are guaranteed as follows under the premise of normal use:

1. Servo motor is guaranteed for two years.

2, computer warranty for two years, computer display warranty for 18 months.

3. The template is guaranteed for five years.

4, Columbia pillar warranty for three years.

5. The components of coupling oil pump, oil motor and hydraulic valve are guaranteed for two years (the hydraulic oil of the company's specified brand must be used, and the contamination degree of variable pump hydraulic oil is less than NAS9, and that of quantitative pump hydraulic oil is less than MAS11).

6. General screw, material pipe and three uncles are guaranteed for one year.

7. Special screw, pipe and three small parts for engineering materials are guaranteed for 6 months.

A. General purpose plastics refer to PE, PP, PS, soft PVC, UPVC, PU, AS, ABS of new materials and disposable recycled materials caused by these materials.

B. Engineering plastics refer to other plastics besides general plastics which are heated by vaporization, such as POM, PC, PA, PET, PBT, PMMA, PSU, PPO, PPS, PI, PEEK, LCP, PFEF, and modified plastics.

8. No warranty is granted for processing the following plastics: screw, material pipe and three small parts.

A. All refurbished materials and garbage.

B. The use of non-bimetallic screw, material pipe, three small pieces, production with metal powder, glass fiber, high filler and other materials.

C. Production of corrosive materials by using flexible pipes, screw and three small pieces.

9. Heating coil and thermocouple are guaranteed for one year.

4. If the subordinate case is not subject to warranty;

1. The use of unclean lubricating oil causes reaming grinding of the clamping machine, and the use of unclean hydraulic oil causes damage to the oil pump motor, etc.

2. Self-refitting of the machine causes damage to the machine or parts (e.g. installing transducers, etc.).

3. Injection of corrosive plastics (such as PVC) or glass fibre materials with ordinary nitrided steel screw causes damage to barrel screw assemblies; inclusion of metal or non-metallic hard materials in raw materials causes damage to barrel assemblies of screw.

4. Failure to follow the instructions of the instructions will cause damage to the machine.

5. Machine damage caused by force majeure such as natural or man-made disasters;

6. Using long strip die, when setting cushion plate or fixing die, exerting great force on the screw or screwing into the die hole depth less than 1.5D causes the screw hole sliding teeth.

5. The starting date of the warranty period starts from the date when the machine leaves the factory.

6. This warranty regulation shall come into effect from the date of issuance. Machines that sign contracts before this time shall be implemented according to the original warranty provisions of the company, and in special cases, according to the contents of the contract.

7. This warranty regulation automatically becomes one of the additional agreements of the contract.
